Payment for products must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, or other payment methods specified at checkout.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are subject to shipping conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund equal to the purchase price of the defective product, at our discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

HarberTec Pty Ltd: Return and Warranty Policy

1. Return Policy

At HarberTec Pty Ltd, we value our customers' satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality aluminium products. Should you wish to return any standard products, our return policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns: Customers may return standard products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team via email.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Warranty Policy

HarberTec Pty Ltd takes pride in the quality and durability of our workmanship. We offer a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of all our products.

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
Exclusions: The lifetime warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear.
- Any product that has been tampered with or altered outside of our authorized service centres.
- Third-party products or components used in conjunction with our products.
Warranty Claim Process: To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Team via email with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may request images or further information to assess the claim.
Resolution: At our discretion, HarberTec Pty Ltd will repair, replace, or refund any product found to be defective under this warranty. For repairs or replacements, we may use new or refurbished parts. If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund.
